On October 22, 2020, the arena was renamed Ball Arena as part of a partnership with Ball Corporation. The new name reflects the company's commitment to innovation and sports.

Sections 102, 106, 120, 130, 134, 136, 138, 140, and 144 offer excellent views of the ice rink, while Sections 305, 311, 317, 327, 333, and 339 provide a great experience for basketball games.
