Inaugural Address Highlights Vision for Program's Future

Auburn, AL - The Auburn Tigers have officially appointed Hugh Freeze as their new head football coach. The announcement was made at a press conference held at the Woltosz Football Performance Center on Tuesday, November 29 at 10 am CT.

During his inaugural press conference, Freeze outlined his vision for the Auburn football program. He emphasized the importance of building a strong team culture, emphasizing discipline, accountability, and hard work. He also spoke about his plans to implement an offensive style that would be both exciting and effective.

Freeze brings a wealth of experience to the Auburn program. He spent four seasons as the head coach at Liberty University, where he led the Flames to a 34-15 record. Prior to that, he was the head coach at Ole Miss for five seasons, where he guided the Rebels to a 39-25 mark.

The hiring of Freeze has been met with enthusiasm by both Auburn fans and the university administration. Athletic Director John Cohen expressed his belief that Freeze is the right person to lead the Tigers back to prominence.

"Hugh Freeze is a proven winner who has a clear vision for the future of Auburn football," Cohen said. "His passion, energy, and commitment to excellence make him the ideal choice to lead our program."
